Ksubi offers a 30-day return policy for all full-priced items, ensuring your denim and apparel meet our premium standards. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
